Plays bigger than his size. Thomas possesses great vision and runs hard aiming to finish his runs with forward lean. He is able to get small behind tacklers and shows enough burst coming through the line of scrimmage. He gives good effort as a blocker.

Thomas was known to arrive at practice before practice even started to get preparation. He is very dedicated and hard working. Priority free agent prospect that could endear himself to a coaching staff once he gets to camp.
