Williams has a lot of potential. Right off the cuff you see a guy who is productive and possesses good athletic ability making plays sideline-to-sideline. Smooth movement skills in coverage.

He admitted his first passion was swimming growing up and the competitiveness with his brothers (Quinnen and Giovanni) sparked the urge to prove he was the better athlete. While he still maintains his love for swimming it is the football field where Quincy has proven to be amongst some of the best in college football.

Leading the Races’ in tackles, tackles-for-loss and tied for the team lead in interceptions (two), it is easy to notice his well-rounded game that is suited for the next level.

Currently training in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at XPE with Matt Gates, Williams is fine tuning his body for the rigors of NFL Combine prep training. Standing at 5-foot-11 and 230 pounds, his focus like most players is knocking out a solid 40-yard dash during up-coming workouts.

Williams is a good football player who could be an ideal “Will” linebacker to develop in a single-gap defense. His brother (Quinnen) is considered one of the top prospects overall in this up-coming draft, so the bloodlines to success flow in the Murray State standout.
