Harris has steadily posted bigger numbers throughout his career and is coming off his most productive campaign as a 2014 junior when he played in all 12 games for the first time and registered a career-high six starts while contributing totals of 25 receptions, 252 yards receiving and two touchdown catches that were career bests with the latter equaling the two scoring grabs he had as a 2013 sophomore. Harris has played in 29 games with seven starts over the past three seasons of his four campaigns with the program, totaling 41 receptions, 451 yards receiving and four touchdown catches. Harris had an especially notable catch against Portland State as a sophomore dubbed “The Grab” that earned ESPN’s top play for the weekend and was among candidates for the top play of the year by multiple media outlets.

Harris has NFL DNA (Keenan Allen, WR, San Diego Chargers) is his cousins and they both play the same position. Shows some route savvy to uncover and get separation in coverage. Played quarterback in high school but enjoyed the position at receiver much more and made the switch the position.

Moves fluidly and is quick in and out of his breaks. Displays good hands and attacks the ball. Embraces the routes that expose him over the middle, he will not shy away from traffic. Is not a burner and could be move creative after the catch. Has improved each season at Cal. More reps he received the more production he had. Harris can jump and make acrobatic catch and shows some nifiness.
