Abdur-Raham didn’t play football until his junior year in college after growing up playing mostly basketball. He was 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds when he first start playing defensive end. He admits that is was rough sledding at first but gradually developed him game.

He is the son of a college football coach and has quick ability to learn game at a very high level. Abdur-Raham does a great job of shedding tackles and relishes making tackles in the run game.

Shows some good up field take and moves fluidly. Abdur-Rahman is gritty competitor with raw upside. Chicago Bears took noticed of him very earlier in terms of catching their eye while at Delaware State.

The San Francisco 49ers worked him out at his Pro Day where position drills turned out to be very positive. Abdur-Rahman is a likely priority free agent prospect who has upside to make practice squad and develop.

Good character and dedicated.
