c2p_smallicon – What were your expectations arriving in college? What are your expectations moving forward?
JR – My expectations arriving in college were to work extremely hard on and off the field. I wanted to prove to my college coaches that they didn’t waste a scholarship. My expectations moving forward is to train exceedingly hard and have an outstanding Pro Day. Also to open the eyes of more scouts.

c2p_smallicon– What moment did you realize the NFL was an opportunity?
JR – I realized the NFL was an option after being invited to the FCS bowl which hosted the top players in the FCS, and then being invited to the FBS All American Tropic bowl which hosted the top players in the FBS. I received interest from many scouts during my previous trip to the All American Tropic Bowl.

c2p_smallicon – What is your best quality at your position?
JR – My best quality is my physicality, speed, and WILL.

c2p_smallicon – What did your coach preach you needed to work on the most?
JR – My Coach preached that I needed to keep my eyes out of the back field for too long.

c2p_smallicon – What did your coach praise you on for doing very well?
JR – My Coach loved the fact that I was a solid tackler, with a hunger to get to the ball while it’s in the air. He also loved my big play ability.

c2p_smallicon – Have your coaches said NFL Scouts have or shown an interest in you?
JR – Yes, NFL coaches have talked to me personally during my college all American games.

c2p_smallicon – Your biggest asset that you never were able to reveal in college?
JR – My biggest asset is that I can be used on both ends of the ball.

c2p_smallicon – One word to describe you a player?
JR – Nightmare

c2p_smallicon – What type of offense/defense did you play mostly in college?
JR – We played zone defense and man coverage.

c2p_smallicon – What pro player would you remind us most of with your style of play?

JR – Tyrann Mathieu

c2p_smallicon – How many positions can you play or have played?

JR – I can play safety, corner, return punts, and other kicks, gunner, and kick-off. I didn’t get a chance to play these positions in college but I can play running back and receiver.

c2p_smallicon – Where you a team captain in college?

JR – I was Team Captain in college. Yes, special team captain.

c2p_smallicon– How many games did you miss due to injury (College)?
JR – Only one

c2p_smallicon – How many concussions have you had or known of?
JR – One in High School

c2p_smallicon – How many games did you start?
JR – 9

A small-school prospect with decent upside as a camp body. Reddick is currently training with Patrick Peterson Sr. at P2Nation the father of Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl defensive back Patrick Peterson. That should help open a few doors for Reddick to get some shatter to NFL scouts and possibly and most importantly, camp invitations. He has spoke with Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, and San Diego Chargers at the Tropic Bowl. Keep an eye on Seattle they are not afraid to bring in guys who fit their schemes and disregard draft status. Overall, Reddick is raw with little experience against the likes of what he’ll face in the NFL. He plays hard and is a solid tackler. Tough and has fluid hips. Shows good eyes and instincts to make plays on the ball. Is quick to plant and drive on routes. Shows some playmaking ability. Didn’t face top competition in college. For a guy like Reddick he’ll have to get in rookie camp and spark the interest of the coaching staff and is better than some D1 corners ranked.
