Led the nation in tackles (FCS & FBS) and has uncanny ability to make one play after the next. He has experience at both the inside and outside linebacker positions. He played three years at OLB and one year at ILB and was named three-time All-MEAC (2013-15). King’s motor runs the time the whistle sounds until it ends. Plays with great energy and has a bit an overachiever character about him. Shows good range and uses his hands well to work through traffic. Gives great effort and plays fast. Fantastic production and can get in his drops and make plays on the ball in front of him. Good eyes in coverage. Fills gaps fast and doesn’t stay blocked for long.
